Do your monthly craft mailings include all of the materials to complete the crafts?
Our packages come complete with all of the required materials (except some kits may require you to use your own scissors.) Your child can begin creating immediately. This also makes our packages very portable. If you need entertainment on the run, just grab our package and go!
What are the recommended ages for your crafts?
Our crafts are designed for children 4 and up. Because our crafts create such an adorable scene, we have found through our "kid test groups", children up to 12 years old enjoy these packages. Younger children might require more assistance with some of the small details included in our packages.
Are parents required to help with these crafts?
As with all craft projects, we recommend adult supervision at all times. If an injury results from working with our craft materials, PLAYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS, LLC cannot be held liable.
(WARNING: Craft mailings contain small parts which can be a choking hazard. These crafts are not intended for children 3 years and under. They are designed for children 4 years and up with adult supervision.)
When will the first monthly craft mailing arrive?
Your child will receive their first craft package within 5 - 10 days of your order date. (Generally the craft kit will be mailed out first class mail within 2 days of receipt of your order.) The following mailings will arrive during the 1st week of each month of your subscription.
How much will shipping cost?
Most shipping & handling costs are $2.00 per mailing as noted on our prices and order pages.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the Continental United States.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only Virginia residents will be charged the applicable sales taxes. These taxes will be automatically charged during checkout.
How can I pay for my craft subscription?
PLAYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS accepts payments through the secure Paypal website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or debit cards. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use this service. Your subscription can be paid in one easy pre-payment or paid monthly.
Can we cancel our subscription after it has already been ordered?
We want you to be happy! PLAYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS hopes that your child enjoys these crafts as much as we enjoy creating them. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please see our refund policy below:
MONTHLY PAYMENT:
If you are paying monthly, you may cancel at any time. However, you need to email PLAYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS 1 month in advance (1st day of the previous month) to cancel your subscription, before your next mailing is prepared and shipped.
If you pre-paid your subscription, you may cancel your subscription after the first mailing. Again, we need to receive your email 1 month in advance (1st day of the previous month) to cancel any upcoming mailings. We will provide you with a refund (less any applicable fees) for the mailings that were not delivered.
How can I change the shipping address?
If the child receiving the subscription is moving, please notify us immediately via our customer service email: customerservice@playfulcrafts.com. We will make the address change to ensure your little one continues to receive their monthly package of fun.

How will the child know who the gift subscription is from?
During the ordering process, we will ask you to provide a special message and your name. Each initial package will include a Welcome Letter customized with your child's name, your special message, your name, and the length of the gift subscription.
What if I refer a friend and they purchase a craft subscription?
We LOVE referrals! Not only does that give us another customer to delight with our crafts, but shows us how much you enjoy our packages. As long as your friend includes your name in the REFERRED BY section of the order form and purchases a 6 or 12 month subscription, we will add an extra month to the end of your craft subscription free of charge! So go ahead and "talk us up!"
