MONTHLY PAYMENT: If you are paying monthly, you may cancel at any time. However, you need to email PLAYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS 1 month in advance (1st day of previous month) to cancel your subscription, before your next mailing is prepared and shipped.
If you pre-paid your subscription, you may cancel your subscription after the first mailing. Again, we need to receive your email 1 month in advance (1st day of previous month) to cancel any upcoming mailings. We will provide you with a refund (less applicable fees) for the mailings that were not delivered.
Change of Address
We can not be responsible for lost mailings if we were not notified of a change of address. If the child receiving the subscription is moving, please notify us immediately via our customer service email: customerservice@playfulcrafts.com. We will make the address change to ensure your little one continues to receive their monthly package of fun.
Monthly Craft Themes
The photos of our monthly crafts depict what your child will receive in our mailing package except colors of the actual materials received may vary.
Liability
We recommend adult supervision at all times when children are creating our crafts. If an injury results from working with our craft materials, PLAYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS, LLC can not be held liable.
